Warehouse Assistant

Employment Type: Full-Time (In Person) Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Job Summary The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for a wide variety of activities within the warehouse including processing incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory entry, maintenance, granite/solid surface slab handling, and any other duties as assigned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for unloading, verifying and receiving incoming shipments Responsible for notifying management and purchasing of shortages or damages Responsible for maintaining the warehouse and all storage in a neat, organized and safe manner at all times Responsible for checking on purchase orders that have not been delivered in the allotted timeframe Operate forklift as needed Troubleshoot any potential problems in a method that is proactive instead of reactive All other job duties and responsibilities as determined by management Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 4+ years warehouse experience 4+ years forklift experience Computer skills/data entry a plus Must have a valid state issued driver’s license Ability to lift 75 pounds Work Schedule and Benefits Monday through Friday, 7am-3:30pm Overtime work as needed Paid Holidays, Paid time off, 401(k) Warehouse and Office environments Countertop Solutions is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity in the workplace.
