PRIMETONE LLC is actively expanding throughout South Florida and is seeking reliable independent contractors, skilled tradespeople, and service providers to support our growing multifamily and commercial property portfolio. We are also open to speaking with qualified individuals who may be interested in employment opportunities with our company. Services Needed

- Pressure Washing
- Exterior Window Cleaning
- Flooring Installation
- Carpet Cleaning
- Landscaping
- General Property Maintenance
- Porter Services
- Handyman Services (non-licensed work only)
- Move-In / Move-Out Services
We are seeking contractors who can provide:
- Fast response times
- Quality workmanship
- Professional communication
- Reliable scheduling
- Ability to complete apartment turnover projects efficiently
Independent contractors are compensated on a project-by-project basis according to the agreed scope of work.
Our goal is to develop long-term partnerships with dependable contractors and provide a consistent flow of opportunities throughout our service areas. Requirements
- Must operate as an independent business or sole proprietor
- Must carry General Liability Insurance
- Must provide a W-9
- Must have reliable transportation and equipment
- Must comply with all applicable licensing requirements for services performed
