About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President, Finance to lead a transformative role in the financial landscape of its integrated academic and community health system. This executive will be a key enterprise leader, driving financial discipline, and advancing system integration. The successful candidate will be responsible for elevating finance to a strategic partner level, deeply embedded in clinical and operational decision-making. The role involves leading critical transformation efforts, including system integration, process standardization, and the implementation of new financial systems. The ideal candidate is a highly strategic and operationally grounded healthcare finance executive, with a strong focus on productivity, efficiency, and financial outcomes. The Senior Vice President, Finance will work closely with the CFO and senior leadership to translate the organization's strategy into actionable financial plans. They must be a unifier and convener, capable of breaking down silos and fostering alignment, while also building a high-performing finance organization. The role requires a professional with strong executive presence, the confidence to challenge assumptions, and the ability to influence across a matrix. The candidate should not be a back-office finance operator but rather a proactive partner to leaders at all levels. A background in healthcare finance, with a proven track record of leading financial transformation and a deep understanding of the industry's unique challenges, is essential.
