Job Description:  

Masters is seeking a full-time Ready Mix Concrete Plant Maintenance Laborer Technician to service its three Northeast PA plant locations. This position has the responsibility of performing various tasks necessary to maintain the daily operation of a concrete plant and the general upkeep of its surrounding facility. The individual holding this position is required to perform all responsibilities at multiple locations in a scheduled, timely, and safe manner.  

Job Type: Full-Time; Hourly with Overtime, 45-55 hours plus seasonally 

• Previous Plant or Role Responsibility Experience is Necessary 

• Paid Training. 

• Home Every Night 

Qualifications:  

• Must have a valid drivers license  

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively 

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. several times daily 

• Must be able to stand, walk, crouch, squat, bend, reach, grasp, lift, load, push, pull throughout the day. 

Skills:  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills 

• Background in General Construction, Pneumatics, and General Mechanical is required 

Responsibilities:  

• Supplemental Loader Operator 

Stocking plant aggregate bins and maintaining aggregate stockpiles 

• Plant & Facility Housekeeping 

Cleaning, shoveling, sweeping, material handling, and organization 

• General Plant Maintenance 

Assist in oiling, greasing, & monitoring main components 

• General Plant Mechanic/Welder 

Parts changing, general repairs, minor welding as required 

• Bin Block Production 

Assist plant staff in maximizing the production of bin block and maintaining 

the proper functionality of forms 

• Other Duties as Assigned

Job Type: Full-time 

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year 

Schedule: 

• Day shift 

• Monday to Friday with alternating Saturdays during peak season 

• Overtime
