Join Our Swim Instructor Team at Bulldog Swim Academy!
Do you love working with kids? Want to make a real difference in the water? We’re looking for friendly, supportive, and high-energy Swim Instructors to help children (ages 4–12) build confidence, safety, and skill in the pool.
Whether you're experienced or just starting out, if you bring a positive attitude and care about kids, we’ll train you on our proven curriculum and support your growth every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead fun, structured swim lessons for children ages 6 months to 12 years (focus on ages 4–12).

- Keep classes safe, focused, and full of small victories—no matter the student’s starting point.
- Communicate clearly and kindly with parents and caregivers after class.
- Create a warm, welcoming pool environment that helps even nervous swimmers feel at home.
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine love for kids and teaching
- Strong communication and patience—especially with first-timers or nervous swimmers.

- Previous coaching or swim instruction experience is a plus, but not required.
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified with our help).
Why Join Bulldog Swim Academy?
- Be part of a purpose-driven team teaching lifelong water safety and confidence.
- Train with experienced mentors and a clearly defined skill progression.
- Positive, community-centered environment with amazing kids and families.
- Opportunities for growth, leadership, and additional certifications.
- Get poolside high-fives from Gilroy the Goggle Pup , our friendly mascot
