We’re Hiring: Comfort Advisor (HVAC Sales)
Company: Johnson Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing
Location: Franklin, Indiana (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: Commission-Based (Unlimited Earning Potential!) + Full Benefits

What You’ll Do:

Sell HVAC systems and services to customers, matching them with the perfect solutions. To include Virtual HVAC Sales
Educate customers on energy savings, system options, and comfort solutions.
Build relationships and create repeat business with excellent customer service.
Meet and exceed sales goals , earning commissions based on your performance.

What We’re Looking For:

Sales experience (preferably in HVAC or home services, but we’ll train the right person).
A passion for helping people and providing great customer service.
Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude.
A positive, goal-driven, team player .
