Supply Chain Coordinator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator for a company that we partner with based in Charlotte, NC. As an entry-level Supply Chain Coordinator , you will anchor daily operations by ensuring the seamless and accurate flow of materials, products, and data. In this role, you will own critical foundational tasks—including order entry, basic purchasing, shipment tracking, and system data maintenance. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, reliable professional who thrives on operational consistency, follows established workflows, and collaborates effectively to keep the supply chain moving efficiently.

Pay Rate
$20.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday- Friday

8:00am-5:00pm

Supply Chain Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities

• Logistics & Shipment Tracking: Coordinate and monitor domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery by proactively resolving customs, carrier, or routing delays.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and collaborate with warehousing teams to optimize storage space and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
• Vendor & Supplier Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and vendors, maintaining strong relationships, monitoring KPIs, and negotiating shipping rates or lead times.
• Order Processing & Data Integrity: Efficiently process purchase orders, verify shipping documentation, and maintain accurate records within the ERP/inventory management system.
• Process Optimization: Analyze supply chain workflows to identify bottlenecks, reduce logistics costs, and implement continuous improvement strategies for maximum efficiency.

Supply Chain Coordinator Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle multiple daily routine tasks without losing focus on consistency.
• A proactive attitude toward troubleshooting daily shipment tracking or order issues.
• A strong sense of accountability and a commitment to ensuring daily operations run smoothly and on schedule.
