Bicycle Buyer / Reactive Buyer

Type: Full-time position Location: Remote with option to be in-office (South Florida) About Cycle Limited Cycle Limited is one of the fastest-growing companies in the cycling industry and is on a mission to make cycling more accessible through Certified Pre-Owned bikes and gear. We buy and sell thousands of bikes, frames, wheels, and components from riders, bike shops, manufacturers, and industry partners across the United States. Position Overview As a Bicycle Buyer, you will be responsible for reviewing incoming bike, frame, wheel, and component submissions from customers looking to sell their equipment to Cycle Limited. You'll evaluate products, determine fair market value, communicate with sellers, and help ensure we are purchasing the right inventory at the right price. This is an ideal role for someone who lives and breathes cycling, enjoys researching bikes and components, and has a strong understanding of the bicycle industry. Responsibilities Review incoming bike, frame, wheel, and component submissions Research current market values and industry trends Prepare and send purchase offers to customers Accurately identify bicycle models, specifications, and model years Evaluate condition based on photos and information provided Work closely with our operations team regarding purchased inventory Assist in sourcing inventory opportunities from various channels Help improve internal buying processes and valuation systems Qualifications Strong knowledge of road, gravel, mountain, triathlon, and e-bike categories Familiarity with bicycle components and specifications Ability to identify bike models, model years, and component groups Strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently and making decisions Proficient with computers and online research Experience in a bike shop, cycling industry, bicycle sales, purchasing, or inventory management is preferred Why Join Cycle Limited?
