Graphic Design Center (Part-Time) Customer Service Representative – Printing, Shipping

PostNet Altamonte Springs | Altamonte Springs, FL | Part-time , including Saturdays

Are you passionate about providing outstanding customer service while using your creative and technical skills? PostNet Altamonte Springs is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Part-Time) for our Printing, Shipping, and Design Center who can deliver exceptional service, assist with graphic design, and operate digital printing equipment.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs, recommend solutions, and provide high-quality print, design, and shipping services. You’ll combine your customer service expertise with technical and creative skills to ensure every project exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in-person, via phone, and email with a positive and professional attitude
Provide guidance on printing, shipping, packaging, and design solutions
Design and format materials (e.g., business cards, flyers, banners) using Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva Pro
Set up and operate digital print presses, copiers, and finishing equipment
Process shipping transactions
Accurately use the Point of Sale (POS) system to complete customer transactions
Conduct fingerprint background checks using in-store equipment, following proper procedures
Manage and ensure projects are completed accurately and on time
Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly work environment

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, print, or similar environment preferred)
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and solutions-oriented approach
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Graphic design and page layout skills with a strong eye for detail and creativity
Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva
Experience operating digital print presses, copy machines, and related finishing equipment
Experience using a POS system to process transactions
Knowledge of shipping procedures with UPS and FedEx
Ability to conduct fingerprint background checks professionally and accurately (training provided)
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced setting

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15– 20 per week
