Harbor Realty and Management Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Associate to join our team! As a key player in our growing property management business, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential tenants and a vital part of creating an exceptional living experience for our residents. Key Responsibilities Leasing Excellence : Greet prospective tenants, conduct property tours, and guide them through the leasing process, ensuring a seamless experience from application to move-in. Tenant Relations : Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions, handling inquiries, and responding to resident needs promptly and professionally. Lease Management : Prepare, review, and execute lease agreements, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Assist with lease renewals, concessions, and transfers. Move-In Coordination : Manage move-ins, distribute keys and move-in gifts, and ensure that new residents feel welcomed and settled in. Marketing & Promotion : Collaborate on marketing strategies, manage social media content, and take photos and videos of properties for listings and promotions. Administrative Duties : Keep accurate records in AppFolio, including guest cards, work orders, and lease documents. Assist with HUD inspections and ensure all documentation is up to date. Property Showings : Manage both in-person and self-showings, including sending access codes and ensuring properties are presented in their best light. Utility Management : Confirm utility setups and profitability for each unit. Inspections : Types of inspections include but are not limited to Building and Safety, move in, move out, etc. What We’re Looking For A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems (AppFolio experience is a plus!). Previous leasing or property management experience is a bonus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate! A proactive problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
