Application Development Manager

Leading the AgentMate application development team, the full-time remote Application Development Manager will oversee engineering execution, ensure application security and compliance, and manage technical health while mentoring developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Lead and develop the application development team, setting expectations for delivery, quality, and security Remain actively involved in solution design, coding, and delivery of business-critical capabilities Embed secure software development practices and manage application security and risk through threat modeling and vulnerability remediation Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 8+ years of professional application development experience, with substantial hands-on experience in Microsoft .NET technologies 2+ years of formal people leadership or engineering management experience Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, RESTful APIs, and SQL Demonstrated application security experience, including secure coding and vulnerability remediation
