Associate Vice President, Nursing Innovation and Digital Practice

About This Role Adventist HealthCare is seeking an experienced Associate Vice President of Nursing Innovation and Digital Practice to lead nursing informatics initiatives and oversee Epic and related clinical technologies across various care settings. Highlights Pay: $170,169 - $255,254/year Location: Gaithersburg, MD Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift What You'll Do Lead system nursing informatics initiatives from planning through implementation and optimization. Provide executive nursing oversight for Epic and related clinical technologies. Build and coordinate a system nursing informatics champion network. Lead change-management, communication, education, and adoption activities for nursing technology initiatives. Use user feedback and clinical data to identify improvement opportunities. Serve as a nursing liaison to CNOs, IT, quality and safety teams, and vendors. Evaluate emerging technologies and care models, leading responsible pilots and ongoing monitoring. Perform other related duties as assigned.
