About the Company
SINEWAVE POWER ELECTRONICS CORP is a leading manufacturer of low and medium voltage switchgear and custom power electronics systems. Based in Fremont, California, we support a wide range of industrial and utility customers with responsive engineering, short lead times, and reliable performance. We collaborate with leading component suppliers such as Noark to deliver integrated, high-quality power solutions across North America.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and technically capable Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, manage key customer accounts, and expand our presence in the utility, industrial, and infrastructure markets. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical engineering or a related technical field, with demonstrated success in selling Switchboards, Transformers and related products, who has EPC networks,
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with utility companies, EPCs, and OEMs
- Conduct technical presentations and respond to RFPs and RFQs
- Coordinate with internal teams to align customer requirements
- Forecast sales and provide regular reports to management
- Attend industry events and represent the company
- Mentor junior sales staff, if applicable
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of technical sales experience
- Deep understanding of LV/MV switchgear and utility specs
- Strong network in the utility/industrial sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with engineered-to-order solutions
- Familiarity with UL, IEEE, utility standards
- CRM system experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
