Senior Financial Analyst Position Details Location: Dallas, TX Job Id: 1158 # of Openings: 1 Overview RevSpring is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling and SaaS metric expertise with the ability to partner effectively across functions, communicate clearly with leadership, and leverage AI tools and modern planning platforms to improve efficiency and decision-making. This individual will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, board reporting, long-range planning, and operational analysis, while helping enhance finance processes, reporting capabilities, and data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver accurate and timely monthly and quarterly financial reporting, variance analysis, and business insights to management. Support and help lead the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning processes. Build, maintain, and enhance financial models, including scenario analyses, operational forecasting tools, and models that reflect business impacts across the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement. Develop, maintain, and analyze key SaaS and subscription metrics, including ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, and net retention, to provide meaningful insight into business performance and trends. Partner with department leaders and cross-functional teams to support budgeting, resource planning, forecasting, and operational decision‑making. Act as a finance business partner to assigned functions, providing ad hoc analysis, reporting, and recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency. Assist in the preparation of executive and Board of Directors presentations, including financial results, forecasts, and strategic analyses. Evaluate actual results against budget, forecast, and prior periods, identifying risks, opportunities, and recommended actions. Monitor progress against company goals and strategic initiatives through financial and operational performance analysis. Leverage AI‑enabled tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies to improve the speed, quality, and scalability of analysis, reporting, commentary, and planning support. Utilize modern FP&A and planning tools such as Anaplan, Pigment, Vena, NetSuite Planning, NSPB, Adaptive Planning, or similar platforms to support forecasting, reporting, workflow efficiency, and scenario modeling. Lead or support initiatives to improve financial processes, reporting methodologies, planning capabilities, automation, and data integrity. Complete special projects and ad hoc analyses as assigned by finance leadership. Required Qualifications & Skills Technical Expertise 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or related financial analysis roles. Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and performance analysis. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and long-range planning, with the ability to evaluate business performance across the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement. Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics and reporting, including recurring revenue and retention analysis. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and complex formulas. Experience with ERP systems, reporting tools, and financial planning platforms. AI and Systems Capabilities Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies to enhance productivity, automate analysis, improve reporting, and support decision‑making. Experience with planning and performance management platforms such as Anaplan, Pigment, Vena, NetSuite Planning, NSPB, Adaptive Planning, or similar tools strongly preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a high‑growth technology, software, or SaaS company. Experience supporting executive leadership and Board reporting. Experience with automation, AI‑enabled workflows, or advanced reporting processes. Supervision No Certifications N/A Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, financial reports, and industry publications. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and presentations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal stakeholders and leadership.
