We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) . This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment and are experienced in caring for patients requiring close monitoring but not intensive care.

• Duration: 12 weeks

• Schedule: 36 hours per week

• Shift: 12-hour shifts (Days or Nights may vary)

• Workdays: Sunday through Saturday (flexible scheduling)

• Start Date: ASAP

  Requirements

  • Active RN license (Arizona or compact state)

  • Minimum 1–2 years of recent PCU or step-down experience

  • BLS and ACLS certifications required

  • Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
