Must be able to pass a drug test at all times. Must be able to tolerate the outdoor elements and weather conditions. Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds. Must be able to work with a variety of hand and power tools. Must be comfortable with high‑pitched roofs, ladders, and working on high‑rise buildings.
