Tax Senior | Private Client | New York City (Hybrid) JCW Search are looking to speak with a experienced Tax Senior's on behalf of a leading global investment firm, to join their Private Client tax function supporting a team that manages the tax affairs of the firm's principals and their associated entities. This is an in-house role offering genuine exposure to complex, high-value tax work across a sophisticated and well-resourced tax function. The position You will sit within a dedicated private client tax team, working closely with senior tax leadership on compliance, planning and reporting for ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Your role Preparing and reviewing tax workpapers, estimates and filings for UHNW individuals, including exposure to trusts, foundations and family office structures Working with external tax providers, preparing supporting schedules, return templates and documentation. Assisting with tax provisions and supporting schedules used in monthly financial reporting Your background 5+ years of US individual tax experience with a focus on high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients CPA or a clear roadmap to obtain it Strong technical grounding in federal, state and local individual tax compliance — comfort with complex schedules and foreign forms (PFIC, FBAR, FTC).
