Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide clinical assessments, individual and family therapy, and crisis intervention to clients suffering from major mental health disorders and emotional challenges. \n
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that reflect client needs, preferences, and goals, coordinating with various service providers to ensure holistic support. \n
- Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and arrange for further detailed assessments when necessary, ensuring that each client's treatment plan is based on accurate diagnoses. \n
- Facilitate regular team meetings to share insights and strategies, contributing to enhanced service delivery and improved mental health outcomes. \n
- Monitor client progress, ensuring timely follow-ups and the appropriate adjustment of treatment plans as needed. \n

As an LCSW, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele facing significant emotional and psychological challenges due to severe mental illnesses or situational crises. This includes individuals transitioning into hospice care, where addressing emotional distress is crucial for both patients and their families. Your efforts will play a critical role in ensuring these clients feel heard, valued, and supported through their most difficult times.

- Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California. \n
- A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred. \n
- A minimum of two years of experience working in mental health or social services. \n

While 2 years of clinical experience is mandatory, candidates with experience in hospice or palliative care settings, as well as those familiar with telehealth platforms, will be highly regarded. Familiarity with various cultural practices and the ability to adapt therapeutic approaches accordingly will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
Compensation and Benefits\nThe salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
