Patient Care Technician — Precision Chiropractic & Wellness (Ogden)

$15–20/hour | Full-time, 40 hours/week | Monday–Thursday

Who we are:

Precision Chiropractic & Wellness is an established wellness practice in Ogden serving patients across three core programs: peripheral neuropathy and chronic pain recovery, medical weight loss, and general chiropractic care.

Our patients range from active adults seeking weight loss support to seniors in their 70s and 80s who've been told nothing more can be done for their numbness or chronic pain. We use a multi-modal therapy stack — StemWave, Class IV laser, EWOT, and other advanced modalities — to help our patients move, sleep, and live better.

This is a wellness practice with depth, not a high-volume adjustment mill.

Who we're looking for:

You're the kind of person who makes everyone in the room feel taken care of. You can put a 75-year-old widow at ease, build rapport with a busy professional, and be the steady, warm presence patients look forward to seeing each visit.

You're organized, dependable, and present. You remember names. You follow through. You take pride in doing things right the first time. You've probably held roles like medical assistant, dental assistant, salon owner, hospitality supervisor, or front-of-house lead — anywhere that demanded both clinical poise and genuine care for people.

No public speaking required. Once or twice a week, you'll run our community education seminars — but the educational content is delivered entirely by a 45-minute pre-recorded video. Your job is to set the room up, press play, and then sit down one-on-one with interested attendees afterward to help them schedule a consultation. We'll train you on exactly how.

What you'll actually do

The majority of your week — assisting in the office with therapies (Monday–Thursday):

• Guide patients through their therapy protocols all day — laser, StemWave, EWOT, and other modalities
• Get patients on and off treatment equipment with care and dignity
• Welcome new patients and walk them through their first visit
• Take x-rays (we'll train and credential you if needed)
• Support the clinical team across neuropathy, weight loss, and general chiropractic care
• Be the consistent, friendly face our patients see every visit

Once or twice per week — running our community seminars:

• Arrive at the venue and have the room fully set up by 4:30 PM
• Press play on a 45-minute pre-recorded video that educates attendees about our nerve damage program
• After the video, sign up interested attendees and collect their $49 consultation deposit
• Break down the event and leave the venue clean

That's the entire seminar workflow. No presenting. No public speaking. No coordinating venues or building decks. The events are already scheduled and full — you execute them.

Schedule

• Office hours: Monday–Thursday, 9 AM–1 PM and 2 PM–6 PM
• Seminars: 4:30 PM–7 PM (occasionally lunch slots) — 1–2 per week
• Schedule built one month in advance
• No Fridays. No weekends. No on-call.

Compensation

• $15–20/hour depending on experience

Requirements

• Live in or near Ogden with reliable transportation
• Fluent English communicator with a warm, confident in-person presence
• Comfortable having direct conversations about money — specifically, securing the $49 consultation deposit from interested seminar attendees
• Genuine care for people of all ages, especially seniors
• Physically able to be on your feet, assist patients on and off equipment, and stay energized through long days
• Reliable, punctual, organized, and follow-through oriented
• Available Monday–Thursday full-time
