The FCS portfolio delivers billions of dollars in construction projects around the world, and the successful delivery of these contributes to Intel’s success. This is an onsite position at the Ocotillo campus in Arizona reporting to the Director of Construction. Plan and deliver construction projects using multiple project delivery and compensation strategies. From project initiation through closeout, including the development and management of project scope, schedules, budgets, contracting and compensation strategies, EHS, quality program, project controls and change management. Ensure that the project is at all times in compliance with Construction Management Practices and to standard operating procedures. Projects include disciplines such as mechanical, process, bulk gas, electrical, architectural, water, process specific support systems (PSSS), IT and I/C. Interact and partner with customer management; resource plan the project; provide direction to the construction project teams; have a sound knowledge of the project and construction contracts; partner with Tool Install, Facilities Operations and Factory to develop and manage an integrated plan that will achieve project objectives and commitments. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 4+ years of Project Management/Construction Management in major industrial facilities and/or large‑scale construction projects. Experience with at least 3 of the following: Contract management Schedule and budget development Change control Cleanroom Construction focus in mechanical and process systems Semiconductor experience Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related technical field with 3+ years experience in Project Management and Construction management. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $118,150.00 - 166,800.00 USD. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
