Senior Product Designer, Discovery Lifecycle

About the Role:Tubi is building a world-class streaming platform, and we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Discovery Lifecycle team. As the design lead for this pod, you will be responsible for delivering highly quality user experiences that help viewers find content they love most effectively, in close collaboration with Tubi’s ML team.In this role, you will be responsible for shaping how content is presented across the Tubi platform. You will also dive deep into understanding user behaviors across different cohorts, experimenting with different types of signals that can be used to improve how content is personalized for each viewer.You will own the end-to-end product design and implementation of multiple features and deliver both tactical and strategic design solutions that will help shape Tubi's future of personalization. This role requires two days in the office in San Francisco.What You'll Do:Partner with Research and ML (Product and Engineering) to identify, prioritize, and scope product opportunitiesCollaborate with Research and Data Science to understand user behavior, generate new testable hypotheses and use data to measure the impact of your design decisionsGarner approval from cross-functional stakeholders, manage and incorporate feedback, and drive towards alignmentCraft elegant and scalable design solutions across all of Tubi’s platforms that are aligned with best practices and Tubi’s design languageWork autonomously to identify new opportunities and build on top of existing investmentsYour Background:A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design and prototyping skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex problems through elegant solutionsTypically ~5 years of experience in building digital productsPrior experience in delivering customer-centered experiences that impact millions of usersExperience with experiment-driven product development: using data and research methodologies to understand the needs, behaviors and motivations of users; hypothesis validation; experiment diagnosisAbility to champion collaborative product-making and partnering with multiple teams across multiple organizationsExcellent communication and storytelling skills (both verbal and written), and ability to present your work to peers and executivesProficiency with industry standard design tools like Figma, ProtoPie or equivalent apps#LI-Hybrid #LI-CL1Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below.
