Steam Clean Pros is expanding our commercial division throughout Bradenton, Sarasota, Tampa and surrounding areas, and we're looking for an experienced, motivated outside sales professional to help build it.

This is a local, field-based B2B sales position for someone who enjoys developing relationships, finding new business, meeting decision-makers and closing accounts.

This is not a call-center or appointment-setting position. We're looking for someone who wants to actively build a commercial book of business in the local market.

What You'll Do

You'll identify and pursue new commercial opportunities throughout the territory, including prospecting in person, by phone and by email.

You'll build relationships with property managers, facility managers, business owners and other commercial decision-makers; visit properties and conduct walkthroughs; identify service needs; gather measurements, photos and relevant information; prepare proposals using Steam Clean Pros pricing guidelines; follow up consistently; close new accounts; and transition closed business to our operations team for service.

Who We Want to Reach

Our commercial prospects include property management companies, apartment and condominium communities, hotels, offices, restaurants, healthcare and dental facilities, senior living communities, HOAs, schools/daycares and other commercial properties.

Steam Clean Pros provides professional carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning and related specialty cleaning services.

Who We're Looking For

The right candidate is confident approaching businesses and decision-makers, comfortable creating business from scratch, persistent with follow-up and capable of managing their own sales pipeline.

Previous B2B or outside-sales experience is strongly preferred.

Experience selling commercial services such as restoration, janitorial/facility services, flooring, pest control, HVAC, roofing, landscaping, property services or similar B2B services is especially valuable.

Existing relationships with property managers, facility managers, hotel operators, apartment communities or other commercial decision-makers are a major plus.

You should live in or regularly work throughout the Bradenton/Sarasota/Tampa area and be comfortable traveling locally to meet prospects and visit properties.

Compensation

This is a commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

Self-generated commercial accounts can earn 15% of collected revenue during the account's first 12 months.

Commercial opportunities generated and provided by Steam Clean Pros earn 5% of collected revenue during the account's first 12 months.

Commission is paid after customer payment is received.
