Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce parts

• Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments

• Read blueprints and technical drawings

• Inspect parts using measuring tools

• Troubleshoot machining and production issues

• Monitor quality and meet production targets

• Stage materials and support production flow

• Follow safety procedures and work instructions

• Support continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

• CNC lathe setup experience

• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T

• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools

• Strong math and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and with a team

• Basic personal tool set required

Additional Skills

• CNC machining certificate

• 3+ years of machine shop experience

• Experience with production machining environments

• Troubleshooting and process improvement experience

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
