Chemical Operator (1st, 2nd, 3rd Shifts)

Location: Taylors Pay: Starting at $20/hour Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (~90 day)

A chemical manufacturer in Taylors is seeking reliable, experienced, safety-focused Chemical Operators. This is a great opportunity for candidates with chemical processing experience who want a long-term career with a stable company.

We're looking for team members who can safely handle chemicals, monitor reaction processes, and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment
Measure, mix, and transfer raw materials according to production formulas
Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and chemical handling protocols
Monitor gauges, temperatures, pressures, and production output
Complete production logs, batch records, and required documentation
Perform quality checks to ensure product specifications are met
Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or production problems to supervisors

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Chemical Operator for a minimum of 3 months
Ability to safely work around chemicals and follow strict safety procedures
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
