Job Location 11049 West Broad Street, Glen Allen, VA 23060-5937 Job Overview We are hiring full‑time and part‑time housekeepers at Drury Hotels. This role is focused on maintaining clean, comfortable rooms and spaces to ensure a positive guest experience. Responsibilities Vacuum, mop, and dust rooms and public areas. Change linens, replenish towels, toiletries, and other guest supplies. Polish bathrooms and ensure all surfaces are clean and sanitized. Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate department. Provide assistance to guests by delivering linens, towels, or other requested items. Assist with laundry and upkeep of public spaces when required. Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, questions, and complaints. Work flexible hours; weekends (Saturday and Sunday) may be required. Maintain a positive, team‑focused work environment at all times. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (minimum 2 years of education). No previous cleaning experience required. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Physical stamina to walk, stand, lift 25–35 lbs intermittently, and perform repetitive tasks. Positive, customer‑focused attitude and self‑motivation to work independently. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay ranging from $17.15 to $25.16. The starting wage may be above the minimum rate based on relevant experience, skills, and education.
