Treasury Specialist

Location: Philadelphia, PA Area (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote) We're seeking a Treasury Specialist to join a collaborative corporate accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate accounting who is looking to grow within a stable organization. Responsibilities Manage corporate bank accounts and banking relationships. Process wire transfers, ACH payments, and cash transactions. Assist with cash flow reporting and forecasting. Maintain vendor banking information and treasury systems. Prepare banking documentation, including W-9s and wire instructions. Support accounting and finance initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2–5 years of treasury, cash management, or accounting experience. Experience with wire transfers, ACH payments, bank account administration, and cash management. Experience with Yardi and/or Concur is a plus.
