CDL Driver / Equipment Operator

D&W Contractors is now hiring an experienced CDL Driver to join our team.

We are looking for a dependable, hard-working individual with experience hauling equipment, pulling trailers, and operating heavy equipment. This position includes driving dump trailers, flatbed trailers, hauling dumpsters, and supporting field operations as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate CDL trucks with:
• • Dump trailers
  • Flatbed trailers
  • Dumpster trailers
• Haul construction equipment and materials to and from job sites
• Secure and transport loads safely and efficiently
• Perform daily vehicle and trailer inspections
• Assist crews and support field operations when needed
• Operate heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, loaders, etc.) — preferred but not required

Requirements:

• Valid CDL License
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience
• Experience pulling trailers and hauling equipment
• Clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors and on active construction sites

Preferred Qualifications:

• Heavy equipment operating experience
• Construction industry experience
• Knowledge of trailer safety and load securement

Pay:

Salary based on experience
