Paramount Events is looking for people dedicated to excellent customer experience. We are currently hiring for Baristas for a downtown (in the Loop) corporate account. We train on site and pay is based on experience. Preference to people who have daytime and all-day availability. Must have reliable transportation and have sanitation certification and Basset certification for FOH.
Monday - Friday availability, hours 7:00AM - 3:00PM.
Requirements:Job Requirements:
- Proven customer service experience; barista or café experience preferred
- Daytime and flexible availability (weekday mornings/afternoons a plus)
- Reliable transportation to downtown Chicago (Loop area)
- Valid Food Handler (Sanitation) Certification and BASSET Certification required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to train on-site and adapt to company service standards
- Availability for occasional evening or weekend shifts with our catering division
