Customer Care Servicing SpecialistWorking as a liaison between United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) and our clients is a truly rewarding position. As a Customer Care Servicing Specialist, you'll be the key point of contact among our mortgage clients, maintaining relationships that have been long-established, and being there to advise and direct as needed. All it takes is exceptional client service skills and a love of talking — this role is within the Customer Care team in Servicing, and will be heavily focused on phone contact with clients.What You Will Be DoingAccepting incoming calls from all clientsMaking outbound calls to clientsResponding to emails from clientsWorking various reports as assignedAiding and overseeing our sub-servicerCross-training to learn other areas of our Servicing teamWhat We Need From YouMust Have Qualifications:1+ years experience in customer service dealing with a high volume of calls OR 1+ year of experience working in the mortgage industryExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong analytical skillsProficiency in Excel, including vlookups, formulas and PivotTablesProficiency in MS OfficeSelf-motivated with a strong work ethicComfortable in a fast-moving environmentAbility to multitask and adaptPositive attitude and willingness to learnHigh school diploma or equivalentOnsite, full-time attendanceNice to Have Qualifications:1+ years experience in mortgage servicingBilingual in English and SpanishThe Place & The PerksReady to join thousands of talented team members who are making the dream of home ownership possible for more Americans?
