Must have AZ state PE license or obtain it within 3 months#2. Must have at least 8 years of PM experience.#3. Must have working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D.#4. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 yearsResponsibilities of the Civil Land Development Project Manager:Experience in site development and/or residential projectsDevelop scopes, prepare cost proposals, and negotiate contract languageCreate and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocationAbility to maintain and develop client relationshipsExperienced in employee supervision, development, and mentoringMaintain quality control throughout project durationStrong technical and civil engineering knowledge requiredWorking knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3DDisplays strong judgement and organizational skillsThrives in a team environmentAttention to detail producing quality work and client serviceSelf-motivated and able to manage and meet multiple critical deadlinesRequirements of the Civil Land Development Project Manager:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experienceArizona PE or ability to obtain within 3 monthsMust have demonstrated ability to plan, organize, supervise, coordinate technical work and satisfy clientsProven track record of successful client interaction including initiating contacts, negotiating contracts, ensuring client satisfaction, and securing referralsCivil3D knowledge and capabilities a plusOther Key Requirements:Work on-siteNo sponsorships or visa holders.
