Talent One Recruitment and Staffing is in search of a Sr. Director of Operations

The Sr. Director of Operations will lead operational excellence across multiple food production facilities, driving enterprise-wide strategy, process improvement, performance management, governance, and cross-functional execution. Will be responsible for plant overall financial performance and related budgeting and financial planning processes.

Pay - $150k - $170K DOE

15% Discretionary Bonus

Schedule - Monday - Friday Shifts may vary and Weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies across multiple departments.
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and performance.
• Establish and manage performance measurement programs.
• Ensure compliance with governmental, customer-required and company policies.
• Oversee operational budgets and resource allocation.
• Prepare executive reports on operational performance and priorities.
• Lead planning, prioritization, and execution of multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain operational policies and governance practices.
• Identify, assess, and implement cost saving and margin-improvement initiatives.
• Experience and knowledge within raw materials, production processes and distribution processes, maintenance, costs and other techniques max effective manufacturing and distribution of goods.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in financial experience managing budgets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering or 10 yrs+ in an operations leadership role.
• Knowledge and experience of HACCP, GMP, SQF, and USDA and safety standards.
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to successfully and efficiently execute the organization's strategic plan.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel. PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must be able to work varied shifts and weekends as needed.
