Benefits 15 shifts per month Top hourly rates Performance‑based increases Annual production incentive program Fewer days, focused shifts Flexible work schedules set 3 months in advance, no on‑call, and limited weekends No work on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter; early closing on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and 4th of July Benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match up to 4% Flat‑rate fee for clinic visits and services for employees and direct family members Employee referral bonus program AI transcription for charting Primary Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries Manage episodic and chronic conditions with walk‑ins and same‑day appointments as the sole advanced practice provider for patients aged 2 and up Perform minor office procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, orthopedic splinting, and related treatments Perform physicals such as sports, DOT, pre‑employment, and annual exams Evaluate patients for workers’ compensation injuries Qualifications 2+ years’ experience providing patient care as a Family Nurse Practitioner Master’s degree (Family Nurse Practitioner) and appropriate state license Knowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, blood‑borne pathogens, and related compliance standards Detail‑oriented and confident in best medical practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Competent with common PC applications, Microsoft Office, and EMR applications Experience with occupational health practices including DOT qualification, drug testing protocols, and physicals Respect and autonomy in decision‑making Team‑based approach to patient care ACLS/BLS certifications (provided if needed) CRH Healthcare is an equal‑opportunity employer: M/F/D/V #J-18808-Ljbffr CRH Healthcare
