This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our landscaping division, managing landscape crews, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Join us to lead our operations to the next level and make a significant impact on our clients' properties.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee daily landscaping operations, including scheduling, crew assignments, and equipment management to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of landscape professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, safety, and accountability.
• Budget & Cost Control: Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure projects stay within financial constraints while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations. Address any issues or quality concerns promptly.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all landscaping activities are conducted in accordance with safety regulations and company policies. Promote a safety-first culture among all employees.
• Inventory & Equipment Management: Oversee the inventory of landscaping materials, tools, and equipment. Ensure proper maintenance and timely replacement of equipment.
• Scheduling & Reporting: Create and manage schedules for landscape projects and services. Maintain accurate records of daily operations and report progress to upper management.
• Marketing & Business Development: Assist in identifying opportunities for business growth, including upselling services to existing clients and expanding our customer base.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscaping, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Bi-Lingual:  Fluent in Spanish
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating teams to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of landscaping practices, including planting, irrigation, turf management, and hardscaping.
• Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with OSHA regulations and landscape safety standards.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in landscape management, horticulture, or a related field is a plus.
• Driving License: Valid driver’s license
• Technology Proficiency: Experience with project management software, MS Office Suite, and other tools for tracking projects and performance.
