A welcoming family in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a highly experienced Nanny Manager to become a long-term, valued part of their household. The family has three children, ages 7, 5, and 2, and is looking for someone who naturally blends into their family dynamic while confidently managing evening routines and supporting the overall flow of the home. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, nurturing, and experienced in caring for multiple children of varying ages.

The schedule will primarily be Monday through Friday from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM, with additional hours on Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Responsibilities will include preparing healthy family dinners each evening, assisting with bath time and bedtime routines, helping keep the children on schedule, and providing attentive, engaging care. The family would love to find someone who genuinely enjoys cooking and is comfortable preparing meals for both the children and family as needed.

This role also requires flexibility for both domestic and international travel a few times throughout the year, so the family is seeking someone who is passport-ready and enjoys traveling with families. They are offering guaranteed hours totaling 30 hours per week and are hoping to find someone seeking a stable, long-term position where they can grow with the family over time.

Compensation is $35 per hour, depending on experience and fit. The family is looking for a dependable, polished professional who brings warmth, confidence, and a team-player attitude to their home.
