- Experience : 2+ years of clinical outpatient experience (post-residency).
- Licensing : Current, unrestricted AZ State license or eligibility for licensure.
- Board Certification : Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Certifications : BLS or ACLS certification.
- DEA Registration : Active registration or eligibility to register with the DEA.
- Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment : Active or eligibility for enrollment.
- Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy : Comfort with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; Athena experience is a plus.
