Job Description Manage day to day field operations for commercial and industrial construction projects Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field crews, inspections, deliveries, and jobsite logistics Oversee project schedules, site safety, quality control, and overall field execution Read and interpret plans, specifications, shop drawings, schedules, and project documents Lead jobsite meetings and communicate clearly with project managers, owners, subcontractors, and field teams Track daily progress, manpower, site conditions, inspections, materials, and project updates Support work involving warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, building expansions, foundations, tilt up, and precast construction Identify field issues early and work with project teams to keep projects moving Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and productive jobsite from mobilization through closeout Qualifications Experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial, industrial, or design build construction Background with general contractors, construction managers, or commercial builders preferred Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, inspections, safety, and field coordination Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules Experience with warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, tilt up, precast, concrete, or building expansions is a plus Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem solving skills Ability to manage multiple trades and keep projects on schedule Proficiency with construction technology such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software is a plus OSHA certification preferred Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
