Your Mission As a Community Support Specialist, you’ll be on the front lines of client care, offering behavioral and socially rehabilitative services that help people lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide the support they need in key areas such as emotional wellbeing, finances, social life, and career goals. You’ll also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure every client gets the comprehensive care they deserve. What You’ll Bring To The Table A degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a similar field—or a solid combination of education and real‑world experience. Strong communication skills, active listening, and the ability to build trust and motivate others. Leadership qualities that support and uplift teammates. Cultural awareness and commitment to inclusive spaces. Adaptability and creative problem‑solving in a fast‑moving environment. Ability to drive if the role involves driving, meeting all safety and compliance standards. Commitment to earning a Benefits Planning certification within a year, especially in Employment Services.
