Perform comprehensive history and physical examinations. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans. Collaborate with supervising physicians and multidisciplinary care teams. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate. Coordinate discharge planning and continuity of care. Complete timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care focused on quality outcomes.
