Tryfacta is seeking an ICU RN for our client in Lubbock, TX 79410. This is a 13 week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!

Job Position: ICU RN Location: Lubbock, TX 79410 Duration: 14 weeks with high possibilities of extension Shift: Mids 4x12-Hour (36Hrs also available)

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Monitor and assess critically ill patients' conditions and vital signs
• Administer IV medications, drips, blood products, and treatments
• Operate and monitor advanced medical equipment such as ventilators and cardiac monitors
• Respond quickly to emergencies and changes in patient condition
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and charting
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and care
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards

Department Uniform/Dress:

a. The dress code for licensed nursing personnel (RN, LVN) is solid navy blue colored uniforms or scrub attire. (Scrub tops may have colored piping.) Print tops are not acceptable attire except for licensed staff in the Children's Hospital (PED, Pedi, PICU, NICU). Women's Services (L&D, Mom/Baby) will meet the requirements for their unit specific scrub attire.

b. The dress code for unlicensed personnel (US, CNA, PCA, NT, MT) is solid hunter green colored uniforms or scrub attire. Print tops are not acceptable except in the areas noted above.

Are weekends required? Yes every other weekend

Are block schedules required? No

What are expected ratios? 1:2-1:3

Special requirements: Cardiac and neuro experience, please try to have at least 2-3 years ICU experience, general surgery experience, trauma experience.

Weekend Coverage: Every Other
