Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU

Travel Registered Nurse (RN) PACU

Shifts available: 6a-6p or 9a-9p, every other weekend, holidays, with call requirements based on unit needs.

Required to float between different nursing units based on need.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current licensure by the Ohio State Board of Nursing
• CPR certification required
• ACLS preferred
• Previous experience in a specific nursing area preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments of patients
• Participate in creating and communicating collaborative care plans
• Implement and evaluate nursing care based on patient goals
• Document care and utilize documentation tools appropriately
• Assess patient education needs and implement individualized educational plans
• Actively engage in department initiatives and serve on committees as needed
• Provide age-appropriate care specific to the population served
• Adhere to established policies, procedures, and professional standards while ensuring excellent service
