Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate Join Sam’s Club as a Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate and help keep shelves stocked, maintain product quality, and provide exceptional customer service. Base Pay $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr Responsibilities Ensure high-quality products are kept and available for members. Maintain shelves, temperature control, expiration dates, and dispose of lower-quality products. Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays. Sanitize and keep the area clean and member-ready. Conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting procedures, and handle hazardous materials per guidelines. Assist members with locating merchandise, resolving issues, and providing deli products. Support food‑handling policies, operate and sanitize equipment, and follow Cold Chain procedures. Maintain sales‑floor presentation, pricing, and documentation, and secure fragile or high‑shrink items. Minimum Qualifications 18 years of age or older. Completed required training and assessment within the prescribed time period. Preferred Qualifications Experience in stocking and customer service. Strong focus on member satisfaction.
