Key Responsibilities: Conduct prehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students cognitive, academic, emotional, and social needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Provide individual and group counseling to students addressing mental health, behavioral, and emotional challenges. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, offering expert remendations to support student progress and success. Provide crisis intervention and support during emergency situations. Implement programs and strategies that promote a positive and inclusive school environment. Qualifications: Must hold a valid School Psychologist certification in Illinois. Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology or a related field. Previous experience in a school setting is preferred. Strong munication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
