Remote VT/ME Pharmacist PA/Appeals
Optum
Optum is seeking a Pharmacist PA/Appeals to support clinical review, decisioning, and communication related to pharmacy prior authorization and appeals requests. This telecommuter role is based in Vermont or Maine, with an 8-hour shift, Monday–Friday, EST, and some on-call weekends.
The role requires strong clinical judgment, knowledge of benefit criteria and regulatory guidelines, and collaboration with providers, members, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate determinations while
