Overview:
We're seeking a Technical Lead, Patient Strategy to drive the design and delivery of patient engagement and patient services solutions within the pharmaceutical industry.
This role will lead the integration of patient-facing platforms, AI-driven engagement solutions, and enterprise data ecosystems to improve patient outcomes and operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate has deep experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, patient engagement platforms, AWS technologies, and AI-driven patient support solutions within a regulated healthcare environment.
You'll work closely with architects, business stakeholders, data teams, and technology leaders to create scalable, compliant, and patient-centric digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of patient engagement and patient services solutions.
Partner with architects to define end-to-end integration strategies across Salesforce Health Cloud, AWS, and enterprise systems.
Establish a single source of truth for patient data across digital platforms.
Design and develop AI-powered patient engagement solutions using Agentic AI technologies.
Build intelligent workflows that deliver proactive patient and case manager recommendations.
Develop and support AI agents using AWS Bedrock and related AWS AI services.
Leverage AWS services including Lambda, Glue, S3, Athena, and data lake technologies.
Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance across patient-facing systems.
Analyze and optimize complex data workflows and integrations.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable patient engagement capabilities.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare privacy regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in enterprise technology solutions.
Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and/or patient CRM platforms.
Experience in Patient Engagement and Patient Services solutions within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong AWS experience including Lambda, Glue, S3, and Athena.
Experience developing AI solutions using AWS Bedrock.
Knowledge of Agentic AI architectures and intelligent automation.
Experience designing enterprise integrations and patient data ecosystems.
Strong understanding of data governance and healthcare compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Pharma Commercial operations.
Experience with healthcare data lakes and advanced analytics platforms.
Knowledge of patient journey optimization and engagement strategies.
Experience with real-time personalization and recommendation engines.
Experience integrating AI solutions into healthcare workflows.
Enterprise architecture or solution architecture experience.
