Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in store management and possess excellent leadership skills.

Duties

· Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management

· Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

· Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for growth

· Handle budgeting, cash handling, and financial transactions

· Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Skills

· Proficiency in POS systems and cash register operations

· Strong background in store management and retail math

· Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members

· Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

· Experience in team management and leadership roles

· Knowledge of clerical tasks such as record-keeping and inventory management
