Desktop Support Specialist

The Support Technician II will provide advanced end-user and desktop support, including installation, repair, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of PCs, laptops, peripherals, and software. The role will also provide executive-level support, technical training, knowledge documentation, and assistance with various IT projects.
