Position Overview
Studio X is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist who is dedicated to wellness, client care, and delivering a restorative spa experience. The ideal candidate is skilled in therapeutic and relaxation massage techniques and committed to helping clients achieve their wellness goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage services, including:
- Swedish massage
- Deep tissue massage
- Relaxation and stress‐relief massage
- Targeted therapeutic work
- Optional: prenatal, hot stone, or specialty modalities
- Conduct thorough client consultations to:
- Assess areas of tension and wellness goals
- Recommend appropriate treatments
- Educate clients on after‐care and wellness routines
- Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records.
- Uphold strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with state regulations and Studio X protocols.
- Create a calm, welcoming, and professional environment for every client.
- Collaborate with the Studio X team to maintain a cohesive luxury spa experience.
Qualifications
- Licensed Massage Therapist in South Carolina
- Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and client‐care skills
- Ability to tailor treatments to individual client needs
- Desire to build and grow a loyal clientele
- Professional, reliable, and wellness‐focused
**This position is paid on a commissioned structure**
