Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team serving seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve function, mobility, and quality of life. Responsibilities include therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance and strength programs, patient and caregiver education, and accurate documentation. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, patient-centered culture that values dignity, respect, and clinical excellence, with opportunities for mentorship, professional growth, and advancement across diverse post-acute settings.
