Phlebotomy Training Coordinator

Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomy Training Coordinator in Lexington, Kentucky to develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees. The role involves onboarding, competency development, compliance support, and maintaining training documentation.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new employees and conduct initial training for positive integration
• Deliver group and individualized training on policies, procedures, and laboratory information systems
• Develop, implement, and evaluate training materials and programs
• Maintain accurate training records and logs for all sessions conducted
• Travel to client sites and branch locations to provide on-site training support

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of phlebotomy experience drawing patients of all ages
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
• At least 21 years old
