What You'll Do: Coach Like a Pro: Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old Master of Curriculum: Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair. Be the Best: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you're in a video game with our stellar training programs Family Friend: Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class -- you're the reason they love KidStrong! Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here! Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. You must love working with children. Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old. Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians. Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class. Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
